Whenever I want to goose myself to exercise more, I like to buy myself new workout tools.
Like kettlebells:
Or a new pair of athletic shoes:
Maybe a fun new workout DVD:
A colorful water bottle:
Or something as simple as "stay-put" headbands to keep my hair out of my eyes:
Oh my -- I must have lost 10 pounds of cash out of my wallet buying so much motivation.

Do I think that buying a pair of yoga pants will magically take off 5 pounds? Obviously, no. But my workout wear has evolved over the years, and lately I've been ditching the huge, baggy tops for more fitted, stylish clothes, and it does make me feel fitter and sportier (and yes, more motivated) when I can actually see my arm muscles swinging those kettlebells.
Motivation can be as simple as silicone ponytail holders (seriously awesome), and if that's all it takes to float your fitness boat, then get thee to a drugstore -- jog there, even!
