I know it just came out and he's been making the rounds of morning talk shows and has gotten LOADS of buzz, but I was wondering whether anyone has tried Dr. Ian Smith's new 4 Day Diet. I like the principles behind it -- getting your head as well as your rump in the game and changing your habits one tool at a time. In fact, I ordered a copy of the book and will be checking it out next week.
I like Dr. Smith's efforts -- his 50 Million Pound Challenge is a yearly call to arms (and thighs and butts) to make America a slimmer place. State Farm insurance is a sponsor of that plan and the commercials are great -- especially the guy going through the fast-food drive-thru and getting busted by Dr. Smith.
